what has happened to our so-called civilized society?

we claim to be civilized and to top that off the best of civilization, but we can’t accomplish the simple task of caring for our fellow human beings.

i went today to an outdoor festival to let my family enjoy some time as it is not really my “cup of tea” and we decided to get some food to eat. we were the first to get food from these people and we thought they were reputable as their store was well-known. nearly every one of us got sick from that food. the meat was badly undercooked for two noticable reasons: 1.) the people rushed the food to make a quick buck and 2.) the one’s who were cooking the food were teenagers who generation after generation are getting significantly worse about having any kind of moral aptitude.

two reasons for this:

1.) capitalist society: everyone running after the “all-mighty” dollar
2.) lack of moral values

i think it’s time we do some self-reflection and rethink our ways. THIS IS NOT WORKING!!!
